Shoestring Budget ? If you do ALL the work, we stock the rest rooms. Roll up your sleeves, bring your crew of about 6 or more ;hose down the courtyard and inside barn floor. Clean the food area. You bring/rent tables/chairs/linens, and decorate your affair. Bring your own food, (caterer) ,deserts, and the rest is all on you. You set up and break down, clean up, and take all trash to our dumpster.
All this work is done for you and included in our Inclusive packages starting as low as $40per person.
$500 security&clean deposit, returned after place is returned & all is done.
Sunday is an awesome time to be outside full shade under the pavillion and then some pics in the courtyard ( 11am-5pm) :Courtyard wedding & Barn for reception. 7 full Hours of Venue Time !
Our Package can include the entire facility for Larger events.(150+) 2 Smaller ones can use specific areas > Ex. Courtyard deck/ pavillion or /barn

- DJ w/ microphone /sound system for wedding, & for reception as well.
- A Horse is included for a few pics, and if you want to come in on it.
- Chapel : inside barn or in the barn court yard area, with a view of the horses in a natural pasture behind you . This area is , futuristically being developed for a landscaped waterfall, hopefully by 2014-15.
- kiddie rides after your service, & during your pics. in arena outside the deck for pre school and elementary school guests .
