Rocking J Ranch Boarding Services

When you board your horse at the Rocking J Ranch you'll have use of all the facilities. We take pride in feeding only high quality hay, and an oat, corn, ADE Vitamin & sweet dry molasses, & bran mix. Bring a friend to ride and receive a boarders discount on a trail horse! We offer use of a tack room, 1 full size outdoor arena, 1 indoor arena 80 x 80 and larger, 1 outdoor round pen and an expansive selection of unrestricted trails to ride, including paths to local parks, and the Meramec and Big Rivers.

Boarding Costs:

Box Stall: (our choice) $250.00 per month.
Box Stall: (owner's choose and buy shavings) $200.00 per month.
Stall with Run: $275.00 per month. Full care, cleaned M-W-F and we provide shavings.
Self Care: $175.00 per month. We supply hay, grain and water. You worm, clean yourself and provide bedding.
Turnout extra $10.00 per day or owner can turnout horse when visiting.

October-April - $175 incl. hay.

Year-Round Pasture - $175/month year round.
When pasture is out, we add hay. The horses have ponds to swim in during warm weather and the cool shade and shelter of the woods to get out of the sun. For grain, during the hardest winter months, we offer grain option in one of our pastures. The cost is an additional $40/mo. We believe horses do not need grain unless they are loosing weight or are worked heavily, such as in training or weight gain programs. Our pastures, of which there are 3, allow us to rotate, and the horses have plenty of grasses, and remain slick and fat during the growing season. When we add hay, the horses are able to have free choice of round bales.
