Mandatory $1,000 cleaning and setup fee. This is an additional fee to the rental of venue. We will setup all chapel chairs as needed. We will setup all tables and chairs as needed for reception. RJ Catering will provide all cleaning serivice except for area where catering was served. Catering company is responsible for their own cleanup

A groomsman lounge located by the chapel.
Wooden barrels located on each side of the front arbor where the ceremony will take place.

An area for games if you choose to have them.

All decorations, entertainment, and officiant.
If you use an outside catering service they are responsible for all their own cleanup. Catering company will have no access to our kitchen or sinks. Catering company is responsible for their own cleaning supplies. If catering company does not cleanup there will be an additional cleaning charge added and taken out of the security deposit.
All alcohol packages will be contracted through RJ Catering and NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL WILL BE PERMITTED any guests not following this will be asked to leave. No exceptions.

Example Timeline for wedding Day
4:00 Guest arrival
4:30 Bride walks down the aisle
5:00 ceremony ends
5:00-6:00 Cocktail hour and Photos
6:00-10:00 Reception
When booking a DIY wedding package, you will have 5.5 hours for your event. For example, if you walk at 5:30, your music must stop at 11. If you would like to add additional time, it is $375 per 30 minutes.
A $1,000 Security deposit is required the day you are booking your event.
This security is refundable if nothing is broken or missing, and the place is cleaned up following your event.
We reserve the right to have small events & Horse rides prior yo your guest arrival on the deck and patio.
